By accessing Somie Health, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe and reliable experience for all patients and medical professionals.

Users must provide accurate information, maintain the security of their account credentials, and use the platform only for its intended medical purposes.

Reviews must be honest and about your own visit. Do not include names, phone numbers, health details, insults or advertising. We may hide a review that breaks these rules.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or legal guardian books visits for a child from their own account (Settings > Family) and stays with the child during the visit.

If something went wrong with a visit (behaviour, care, safety, payment), use "Report a problem" on the visit in My visits. We read every report. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital: Somie Health is not an emergency service.

You may not republish, sell, rent, or duplicate material from Somie Health. Redistributing content without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

Somie Health is a platform connecting users with medical professionals. We check providers before marking them Verified, but the actual medical advice and care are provided by independent practitioners, not by Somie Health. Somie Health is not for emergencies: in an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.

We work to keep the site available, but we do not warrant that the website will be constantly available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date at all times.
